International Business Development Manager / Executive

Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Roles and responsibilities :

    Key Responsibilities:
    •        International business development and client generation for Web Application, Website/portal, Enterprise
    IT solutions, Product engineering by focusing on Salesforce, AI, Data,
    Enterprise IT services and other technology and tools.
    •        Plan and execute all aspects of the business development initiatives.
    •        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets established by Sales Head.
    •        Focus on generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales via cold calls, references, bids,
    email campaign, etc.
    •        Build sales pipeline.
    •        Handling Business Proposals.
    •        Strong Follow-ups and analytics skill
    •        Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer
    service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
    •        Participate in formulating important business development strategies.
    •        Provide support to the division manager for all sales related tasks.
    •        Maintain accurate records and generate various relevant reports/documents for Sales/Marketing Department.        Desired Candidate Profile:
    •        Minimum 3 to 8 Years of hands-on experience in the similar profile preferably in IT companies,
    proven background in business development.
    •        Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and writing business proposals.
    (Overall sales process, from Lead qualification through closing.)
    •        Cold calling and strong follow-up systems
    •        Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
    •        Strong negotiation presentation and skills.
    •        Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team.
    •        Must be able to operate Microsoft Office or Similar kind of Program.
    •        Experience and understanding of Portal, Web Application/Web Development, ecommerce and IT services.
    •        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to
    cold call potential clients with confidence.
    •        Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, Ambitious and confident.
    •        Should be open to work in shifts (UK, Europe and US Time zones)
