Roles and responsibilities :

Responsibilities:
• Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows.
• Apex Development: Develop custom Apex code, triggers, and controllers to implement complex business requirements.
• Lightning Component Development: Design and build Lightning components to enhance the user experience and deliver seamless functionality.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity by designing and implementing data models, data migration, and data cleansing activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA testers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, coding standards, and performance considerations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customization, and integrations.
• User Support: Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder and Flow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I Certificate is must
