Sr. Salesforce CPQ Integration Specialist

Job Summary

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Candidate must be flexible and available for at least 4 hours overlap with US EST hours)

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce CPQ Integration Specialist with strong expertise in data integration and Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems using modern integration tools and frameworks.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce (including CPQ) and external systems
Work extensively on data integration using Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter)
Develop and manage integration services using Apex

• Implement and support Outbound Messaging and API-based integrations
• Analyze and optimize Salesforce data models for integration efficiency
• Perform complex data transformations and troubleshooting using SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
• Ensure best practices in integration architecture, scalability, and performance

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Salesforce integrations
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter)
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Core:
  • Apex (Integration Services)
  • Outbound Messaging
  • Salesforce Data Model
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration technologies:
  • JSON
  • XML
  • WSDL
  • RAML
• Experience with large-scale data integrations

 
Good to Have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations
• Knowledge of middleware and integration patterns
• Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage
