About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Microsoft Sales Manager to drive business growth across the US markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, particularly around Microsoft technologies, .NET development, and Umbraco solutions. The role requires a strategic sales professional capable of generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales activities for Microsoft technology services, including .NET, Umbraco and related solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the US regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner channels.
- Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Lead client presentations, solution discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and estimates.
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Business Development.
- Proven experience selling Microsoft technology solutions and custom software development services.
- Strong understanding of:
Microsoft .NET Technologies
Umbraco CMS
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
Custom Application Development Services
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing clients in the US markets.
- Experience handling the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working with offshore development and delivery teams.
- Ready to work in Eastern Time Zone.
- Existing network of clients, partners, or decision-makers in the US.
- Should be ready to work in Europe and Australia region in the future.
