About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in product sales and be comfortable with extensive field visits, cold calling, and client meetings. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting new people, generating leads, and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits and cold visits to prospective customers.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate company products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product sales, field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Experience from any industry/product sales background is acceptable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within Ahmedabad.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
