Roles and responsibilities :
- Generate Leads through cold calling, email marketing, and online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Source and close new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails for setting up meetings as well as post-meeting follow-ups as required.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Establish new business under the guidance of managers.
- Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation & converting the lead into a prospect.
- Achieve quarterly Sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales activity reports.
- Maintain and update contacts and leads information in CRM systems and other internal communication channels.
- Should have experience with the Microsoft technology stack.
- Experience with the Salesforce stack will be added advantage.
- E-Commerce experience added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Experience 4 to 5 Years in BDE in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in US & UK Shift.
Other Details:
- Office Timings: 5 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (5 days working)
- Location: Ahmedabad (Candidates outside Ahmedabad must be Ready to relocate)
- Immediate joiner or 1 month notice period candidates preferable.
