Job Summary :

    About Us:Perigeon Software is a leading IT software services company specializing in cutting-edge solutions for global clients. We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources within the IT industry.
    Responsibilities:
    • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Post job openings on various job portals and social media.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases.
    • Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
    • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth joining process.
    • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
    • Maintain employee records in HRMS systems.
    • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Help in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Employee Engagement & Training:
    • Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
    • Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
    • Gather employee feedback and assist in improving workplace culture.
    • HR Administration & Reporting:
    • Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies.
    • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for internal use.
    • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

    Requirements:

    •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees effectively.
    •  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced IT environment.
    •  Familiarity with IT recruitment and hiring processes is a plus.
    •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    •  Knowledge of HRMS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn recruiting is an advantage.
    •  Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
