Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth joining process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records in HRMS systems.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Help in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement & Training:
- Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
- Gather employee feedback and assist in improving workplace culture.
- HR Administration & Reporting:
- Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for internal use.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Familiarity with IT recruitment and hiring processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRMS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn recruiting is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
