About the Role
We are seeking a motivated .NET Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6-month internship. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in .NET development and is ideal for individuals who have foundational knowledge of .NET MVC and are eager to learn more. Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing interns may be offered a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using .NET MVC framework.
- Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
- Gain exposure to various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support the team in documenting and maintaining technical specifications.
- Work closely with senior developers to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
- Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects.
Preferred Skills
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of .NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic coding issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and take guidance from experienced team members.
- Adaptability: Open to learning new technologies and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with .NET MVC & .NET Core projects (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of web development frameworks and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or jQuery.
