Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and developing scalable service-focused Salesforce solutions, ensuring streamlined case management, field operations, and customer service workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Service Cloud
- Customize and configure Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Entitlements & SLAs.
- Build automation using Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules, Auto Responses, and escalation processes.
- Implement Knowledge Base, CTI integrations, Email-to-Case, and other service operations.
Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Configure Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Skills, Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
- Develop and customize FSL components including Mobile App configurations, Lightning pages, and custom automation.
- Implement FSL optimization, dispatcher console enhancements, and inventory/asset management workflows.
Technical Development
- Develop in Apex (Classes, Triggers), LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning App Builder.
- Build scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware connectors, and external system integrations (ERP, CRM, Mobile Apps).
- Deploy using Change Sets, SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration & Quality
- Work with functional consultants, service teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, and API-based workflows.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

- Salesforce Certifications:
- Platform Developer I (Must Have)
- Service Cloud Consultant
- FSL (Field Service) certification
- Experience working with CTI integrations or service automation tools.
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Experience in multi-cloud environments (Sales, Experience, Marketing Cloud).
