Salesforce Project Coordinator (Pre-Sales & Technical Lead)

Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing pre-sales activities, preparing Salesforce product demos, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on Salesforce development experience and the ability to lead technical teams while also contributing to solution planning, technical scoping, and client presentations. This role will act as a bridge between the Sales team and Technical team, functioning similar to a Technical Manager.

     
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and deliver Salesforce product demos and solution walk-throughs for prospects & clients.
    • Support pre-sales processes including requirement understanding, solution mapping, feasibility, and estimating project effort/time.
    • Work closely with the Sales Team to prepare proposals, POCs, technical presentations, and scope documentation.
    • Lead and coordinate technical teams for Salesforce project planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide developers on design and development.
    • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
    • Participate in client discussions, discovery sessions, and requirement workshops.
    • Coordinate with internal Team to ensure seamless pre-sales-to-delivery handover.
    • Stay updated with latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.

     
    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum 6+ years of experience as Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, Flow, Configuration).
    • Experience in pre-sales demo creation & client demo execution.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud experience is plus).
    • Experience leading or managing a technical team, project coordination or technical management exposure.
    • Excellent communication, documentation & presentation skills.
    • PD1 Salesforce Certificate is must.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     
    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in IT Services / Consulting / Implementation environment.
    • Hands-on experience creating POCs / Demo orgs / Custom demo flows.
    • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
