Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator development, Deluge scripting, API integrations, workflow automation, and Zoho One implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Zoho CRM implementation, customization, and configuration
• UI customization, module setup, and field mapping
• Workflow automation and multi-level approval process implementation
• Budget-based approval workflows with automated email triggers
• Mandatory rejection reason handling within approval flows
• Data migration (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals) and data cleanup
• Sales funnel setup and dashboard/report creation
• Bi-directional and single-direction API integrations with third-party systems
• Real-time data synchronization using Zoho CRM APIs
• Email integration (POP3, IMAP)
• Survey management setup using custom modules/records
• Zoho Creator application development and legacy system migration
• Zoho One implementation and automation
• Scheduler application development
• Zoho SalesIQ setup and Zobot (chatbot) implementation
• Integration with Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, and SalesIQ
• Client support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Zoho CRM customization & setup
• Hands-on expertise in Zoho Creator
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting
• Experience in Zoho One implementation
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs & third-party integrations
• Workflow automation & approval process expertise
• Data migration & CRM buildout experience
• Experience in SalesIQ Zobot development
• Good communication and client-handling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Zoho Certified Developer
• Experience handling end-to-end CRM implementation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
