Salesforce Sales Executive/Salesforce BDE (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesforce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in selling Salesforce solutions, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to client relationship management. Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) will be considered a strong advantage.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Salesforce CRM and related cloud solutions.
    • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
    • Conduct client needs assessments and present customized Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

     

    • Stay updated with Salesforce product updates, trends, and industry developments.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce or CRM solutions.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce offerings.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Salesforce Certifications such as:

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Experience selling to mid-size and enterprise-level organizations.
    • Understanding of implementation processes and integration capabilities.
