Job description

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Create seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business applications, using both native and custom-coded solutions
• Analyzing and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, cross-functional needs and system capabilities
• Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures
• Participating in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings and contributing to overall project deliverables
• Conduct code review to ensure that system changes meet business requirements and goals, fulfil user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer business requirements
• Design and implement custom objects and advanced functionality, based on strategic initiatives and project roadmap.
• Work with client to gather new requirement, business engagement and manage Salesforce team members

• 8+ Years hands on experience working on salesforce implementation and managed services .
• Experience in SFDC Platform Design and Implementations .
• Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams .
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of relaying technical information to business stakeholders and business information to co-workers .
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with attention to detail .
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues .
• Proficient in Salesforce customization, configuration, and development.
• Working experience on Apex, Visualforce, Triggers and Flows.
• Working experience of SFDC lightning and Lightning Web Components .
• Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to communicate those to key stakeholders clearly.
• Prior experience in leading/mentoring team is preferred.
• One or more Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2) is highly preferred.
• Working experience of 3rd party integrations.
• Knowledge in JIRA is preferred
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
